There is no difference except the stiffness, CAB binding is stiffer (loaded with 10% of glass fiber) and K1 is more flex (loaded with 5% of glass fiber). So CAB bindings are more responsive and more adapted to good riders or heavier boards. K1 bindings are flex, provide forgiving response and are much adapted to begin.
